Should I invest in a photo shoot?
If you already have good photos, the answer is no.
If you want to have professional photos of yourself, we advise you to book a photo shoot with us. During a photo shoot you will meet the casting director, and we also get to know you personally. So we can even better advise our customers.

What happens if my profile has been selected for an assignment?
When your profile has been selected on our website by a client (director, photographer, art director or the production etc) you will be notified by us by email. This email will contain information about the assignment. If you are available at the stated date for the assignment, click YES in this email. If you are not available at the stated date for the assignment click NO in this email. With your YES (or no) we can ensure that our client knows that you are (not) available. Note: at this point you have not yet been booked. In case you actually have been booked, you will receive an email, WhatsApp or phone call from us, as a confirmation that you have actually been booked.
Pay attention, read the following points carefully and keep them in mind:
Always check your spam box. You only have to register yourself once for an assignment. Only register for an assignment if you are available the entire shooting day. If you are booked, we (and the production) will count on your presence!
Be aware that the stated time in the assignment is ALWAYS subject to change! If after you applied for the assignment, you are unavailable please contact Bullet Models as soon as possible, by phone, at least 2 days in advance, to withdraw your application. In that case we will have time to find a replacement.
In case of late cancellations or in the case of a "no show" we have to unsubscribe you as a Bullet member.
How do I subscribe my child(ren) as a Bullet member?
You can add your child(ren) via your own login account.
How do I switch between profiles? Due to how our system is built, only one profile can be 'active'. This does not mean that the other profiles are not visible. But: when you log in, you will see the name of the profile that you are currently managing in the top right-hand corner. This profile is now 'active', and you can update, and sign up for assignments. If you want to 'activate' another profile (because you want to update another profile or register for an assignment), you will first have to switch between the profiles. At the top right next to the name is 'profiles'. Click on this, and you will now see an overview of all profiles that are registered under this email address. Select the profile you want to 'activate'. Now that the other profile has been activated, you can update that profile or sign up for assignments. So suppose you want to register two children for an assignment, you first log in with one profile, and then register him / her with that assignment. After this, you switch between the two profiles, and then register the second and so on.
What happens after I subscribed as a Bullet Models member?
You will find the assignments in your personal Bullet Models environment. We will email you personally and can include you in the emails concerning the assignment.
What about safety of my personal information?
Your personal information is stored in our database. We use various administrative, physical and technical protections to guarantee the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. For privacy reasons, the clients cannot see your contact details (such as address, telephone number and e-mail address). Bullet Models also has an SSL certificate. Bullet Models acts in accordance with the AVG guidelines. You can find our entire privacy statement at the bottom of this page.
What do I need to register with Bullet Models?
Your contact details, so we can contact you.
Your personal characteristics. Clients always ask for specific characteristics when they are looking for a model/actor. In addition, clothing and shoes for commercials, photo shoots and film productions are often provided by e.g. a stylist. So it is very important that you fill in this information truthfully.
Your (portrait) photo
Do my photos have to be “up to date”, clear and sharp?
The first selection by a client and by us, is made by your uploaded photo’s on our website. First of all it would be a shame if a client, or Bullet Models, will not select you for a possible assignment, because of no good resemblance.
Secondly, by introducing you to our client, or if a client selects you on our website, we both assume that you look like the photo’s you are presenting yourself with at our website. If you no longer look like the one in the picture, you run the risk that you will not get the assignment. And of course we don't want to send you to a shoot, when you don't look like the picture anymore.
If you want, you can mention your social media profile(s). Why? Besides introducing you as a model/actor to our clients, we can also introduce you as an influencer. The social media channels we report at our website are: Instagram, Facebook, You tube and TikTok. There will not be an active link from our website to your social media pages. Visitors of our website can only see the number of your followers on your social media account(s).

Casting Calls. Received a casting call from Bullet Models?
If you have received a casting call mail from us, a movie will have to be made. The instructions on what, how and where to record this video with your phone will be indicated in the email. You can upload this video to your own profile, so that the casting can be seen by our client
How do I get paid?
The fee is deposited into your bank account. We would like to receive a receipt or an invoice, or you can use a payroll company (Raakvlak or Tentoo, for example).

How much do I earn?
We always try to negotiate the highest possible fee with our clients and customers. Sometimes large, sometimes smaller amounts. All payments must be reported on your income tax. You are responsible for this yourself.
When will I be paid?
Payment takes place immediately after the customer has paid Bullet Models. We cannot pay in advance for productions; we are forced to wait until the client has paid us. You can trust that we will transfer your payment immediately after the client has paid.
What is a buyout?
A buyout is compensation for a publication of the talent's face. A buyout will only be paid if the recorded item is actually broadcasted. The buyout will also be cancelled if you are cut out in the final product. A buyout amount is the amount from which the brokerage costs already have been reduced. Note: the statutory taxes have not yet been deducted. You have to declare this yourself on your income tax return.
What is a 'Quitclaim'?
A Quitclaim is an agreement between the producer and the talent and Bullet Models. By signing the quitclaim, the talent gives permission to the producer to use the recordings/photo’s; the talent cannot claim the portrait right. So you give permission to be "broadcasted". This quitclaim will have to be signed usually 1 day before the shoot.
What is the difference between an Extra, a featured extra and a Hero Character?
An “extra” is present on set to make the scenes and the set lively in the background. A “featured extra” is an extra that’s clear or close-up. A “Hero” is the main character of the commercial that often has some text too.
